"It's great to get the feedback from our customers who are keen to tell us what they have enjoyed from the menu. Over the last 5 years at The Ram we have built up a great relationship with some wonderful suppliers including Aubrey Allen and Marrfish. When we can, we source our food locally, but sometimes, in order to get the very best ingredients, we will go further afield."
"Having grown up in Suffolk, and near to The Ram, we have always had a close connection with Hadleigh. When planning the interior design, I was keen to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and stylish. The Ram has different areas to suit our customers which include a lively central bar, a cosy restaurant and relaxed bar tables. We also have a private dining/meeting room and a secluded walled garden."
