Stinking Bishop

Full fat, pasteurised cow's milk soft cheese made with vegetarian rennet. perry washed rind. Pungent, with delicate, herbaceous flavour.

Westcombe Cheddar

Somerset cheddar cheese. Mellow, lactic tang with long notes of citrus, hazelnut & caramel.

Blue Monday

Pasteurised british cow's milk cheese. Strong, creamy blue cheese.
