A hard-pressed, unpasteurised ewe's milk cheese with a natural rind. Well-developed nutty & milky flavour.

Baron Bigod

Uk's only raw milk farmhouse Brie & it's made right here in Suffolk. Unpasteurised, creamy, cow's milk cheese.

Ribbesdale Blue Goat's Cheese

Tangy full flavoured goat's milk cheese handmade in North Yorkshire. Sweet & subtle tasting with a long aftertaste.

Stinking Bishop

Full fat, pasteurised cow's milk soft cheese made with vegetarian rennet. perry washed rind. Pungent, with delicate, herbaceous flavour.


Pasteurised semi-hard cow's milk cheese. lovely fruit tang with a sweet finish.

Hereford Hop

Full fat pasteurised cow's milk cheese. Buttery & citrusy flavour with a creamy but firm texture.
